Kuroi-chan, a member of the "Nine Days", holds a concert in the middle of Tokyo City. With her song she has the power to control a mass of people, making them follow her orders like brainless zombies. Her goal is to destroy the "Dragon's Cry".

This chapter contains too much action, destruction, magic, man-groping-boobs, etc. Too much fanservice. I don't know if I like it much.
