Summary:

It was her 16th birthday when Kurusu's classmate, Ogami, confessed to her. She’s delighted, but also feels very uncomfortable in relation to her friend Kiraha, whom she knows has a soft spot for this guy. But Kurusu doesn’t have any time to rejoice, because mysterious evil creatures suddenly appear and attack her!! Kurusu must face her destiny along with Ogami, whose role is to protect her. However, they can't tell Kiraha about the situation.

Yet again, the manga is starring Kannazuki no Miko's characters Himeko Kurusugawa and Chikane Himemiya as Kurusu Ereshkigal and Kiraha Azaloth, and the recurring character, Ogami Souma as Ogami/Okami.

The story is about Kurusu having magical powers of which she doesn't know about until a demon apears and attacks her. It seems that both her closest friends, Kiraha and Ogami already know about this powers and who Kurusu actually is, seeing that Ogami once referred to her "mutations". (I'm not really sure what he meant here. Kurusu's hands apparently turn black whenever she uses her powers.) She owns a cross, which she uses to ban demons.

Like in Kannazuki no Miko, the story revolves around Ogami having feelings for Kurusu, which he confesses to her and vows to protect her no matter what. He serves as her "Knight" and she's the "Princess". Kurusu, thinking that her friend Kiraha has feelings for Ogami, feels guilty towards her friend, hence, she is unable to acknowledge Ogami's feelings. At this point of the manga, it's uncertain whether Kiraha in fact likes Ogami, or Kurusu, seeing how indifferent she acts towards Ogami, yet very caring towards Kurusu.
